I am a cross border lawyer and the founder of Renascentia Pte Ltd. I advise business owners on how to structure their businesses in Singapore and Switzerland. The problem that entrepreneurs face when they decide to expand or create their business in a foreign country is the unknown environment they are entering in. Therefore I help them through the complexities of these cross border challenges, such as different laws and regulations, different cultures, complex immigration status, banking roller-coaster process and sometimes language barrier. I provide them with strategic insight, local know how and contacts. At the end they have a tailored roadmap adapted to their needs so that they can focus on what they do best and enjoy the ride.
Michaela shares five crucial steps that helped her in creating the thriving business and community of Woolf Works today.
